Warning
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence:
- To sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or
- For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
Availability of Wine
Occasionally, the West Valley will run out of wine from a particular vintage.
If you happen to order a bottle or case of wine that we have run out of we will contact you and offer to replace your wine order with the same wine but from a different vintage.
Change of Details
We would appreciate if all customers, including Wine Club members, would notify us when their details have changed. You can do this by emailing your new details via our contact form
Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Delivery of liquor
Delivery charges are an additional cost. All delivery pricing is here.
Breakages
If you receive your order and it is damaged please contact us immediately so that we can organise a replacement or refund. Replacements and refunds will only be given once the damaged goods are returned to our store.
Returns
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken, corked, oxidised or not of merchantable quality when they are delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case for a refund or a replacement.
We will refund you as soon as the wine is picked up and received back to our store.
Any wines collected by Australia Post must be in their original box to avoid further breakages, where possible.

Wine Club Membership – Effective 30 September 2008
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions form the basis of Vintage Wine Club. They are intended to protect both Members and the West Valley group. It is the Member’s responsibility to read and understand them.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions are effective as at the date specified above and may be amended by West Valley from time to time. The current Terms and Conditions are those available at this website.
1.3 Every Member is bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
‘Anniversary Month’ is the month during which a Member joined the Vintage Wine Club, irrespective of the year;
‘Card’ means the Vintage Wine Club Membership card that West Valley may issue to the Member;
‘Member’ means a person who holds a valid Vintage Wine Club Membership;
‘Membership’ means membership of the Vintage Wine Club;
‘Membership Year’ commences on the first day of the Member’s Anniversary Month and concludes on the last day of the Member’s Anniversary Month the following year;
‘Terms and Conditions’ means these Terms and Conditions between West Valley and each Member.
3. The Product
Once the amount of $125.00 (inc. GST) is received by the West Valley office and cleared, a member’s Vintage Wine Club Membership will be activated or renewed. A new Membership pack will then be sent to the new member, including an introductory letter, a membership card and the Monthly Vintage Wine Club Specials. Existing members will receive confirmation that their membership has been successfully renewed.
A Vintage Wine Club Membership is valid for one (1) whole membership year, starting at the beginning of the month the membership is activated and ending on the last day of the same month the following year.
Each calendar month the member is sent a Vintage Wine Club letter, the new Vintage Wine Specials for Coco’s Restaurant and the Raffles Liquor Merchants Wine Specials. Members will receive the Vintage Wine Club letter, the new Vintage Wine Specials for Coco’s Restaurant and theWest Valley Wine Specials until their membership year concludes.
4. Discounts
Vintage Wine Club Members must present their Vintage Wine Club Membership Card to obtain the discounts detailed below. If a member does not present their Vintage Wine Club Membership Card, West Valley staff have the right not to apply any discounts.
4.1 Vintage Wine Club Members will receive the following discounts:
4.1.1
30 – 50% discount off the recommended retail price on a selected range of Vintage Wines at Coco’s Restaurant and The Bellhouse Seafood Cafe. The range changes at the beginning of each calendar month. Members receive a list of the range via mail at the beginning of each calendar month. The selected range of Vintage Wines will also be displayed in the Coco’s Restaurant menus and is available on request at The Bellhouse Seafood Cafe.
4.1.2
A standard 15% discount off the recommended retail price on all wines purchased at the Raffles Liquor Merchants store.
4.1.3
30 – 50% discount off the recommended retail price on a selected range of Vintage Wines at The Raffles Liquor Merchants store. The range changes at the beginning of each calendar month. Members receive a list of the range via mail at the beginning of each calendar month. The selected range of Vintage Wines will also be displayed in the Raffles Liquor Merchants store.
5. Other Member Benefits
5.1.1 Members will receive invitations to exclusive Wine Club dinners that are hosted by various wineries and held throughout the year.
5.1.2 Members will receive an invitation to the exclusive Coco’s Annual Indulgence Cocktail Party.
6. Membership Renewal
Members will then have the opportunity to renew their membership by paying the amount of $125 and once again confirming their details.
7. Re-Billing
Members will have the option, both at initial sign up and throughout the life of their Vintage Wine Club Membership, for West Valley to automatically renew their membership. Members who consent to have their membership automatically renewed will have their credit card billed for the amount $125.00 by West Valley. They will receive confirmation via email that their membership has been successfully renewed. The membership will then be valid for another membership year.
West Valley will continue to automatically renew a member’s membership until they are notified that the automatic renewal is to cease. Members must notify West Valley in writing that they no longer wish their membership to be automatically renewed each calendar year.
8. Refunds
Once a member has knowingly signed up for a new membership or has renewed an existing membership by paying West Valley the amount of $125.00 the member will not be eligible for a refund. The membership will be valid for one (1) membership year.
Members who have arranged for their membership to be automatically renewed by direct debit will have thirty (30) days after the amount of $125.00 has been debited from their nominated account to notify West Valley, in writing, that they wish to cancel their membership. If West Valley is notified within the thirty (30) days the member will be refunded the full amount of $125.00, which will be deposited back into their nominated account. If the member fails to notify West Valley within the thirty (30) days then no refund will be given to the member and the membership will be valid for another membership year.
